To enhance usability and consumer accessibility, ElectroCore sought to revamp the Truvaga device for a broader over-the-counter access.

Using an intensive brainstorming process informed by client input, the concept exploration produced a multitude of conceptual solutions. This ideation phase was crucial, producing a diverse range of concepts that would later be refined with client collaboration.
